Physician and Dentist Outreach

The Physician & Dentist Outreach is a charitable program under
development dedicated to providing assistance to soldiers and their families
who have been traumatically affected through their service to their country.

Physicians and Dentists all across the United States and abroad are banding
together to help by allowing donation gift boxes to be placed in their offices.
Both the doctors themselves and their patients are giving generously to help
